Shipping policy

We use several different couriers for our deliveries depending on size, weight and number of parcels, and it will also depend if you have chosen an express service. 

Please note that the courier will automatically selected depending on the above. 

Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure the delivery address is correct including the postcode. 

Only Monday to Friday are classed as working days.

We do not currently offer International delivery outside of the UK.

 

1 MAN / 2 MAN Delivery via ARROW XL

They deliver all the below items:

 Fragile items & small to mid-size furniture £30

 Large & heavy items £60


You will receive an email as soon as the item has been despatched with a delivery online booking to book a suitable delivery date. The day before the delivery, you will receive confirmation of the delivery with a 2 hour delivery slot.

On the day of the delivery, our customers will receive confirmation of their 2-hour delivery window and a pre-call from Arrow XL delivery crews en-route.

Your items will be delivered safely to the room of your choice, providing no access issues and that it is safe for our delivery crew to do so.

Packaging will be removed on request only if can take less than 10 minutes.

Please note if the delivery crew feel it is unsafe for them to take it to a particular room, upstairs, small area, etc... and/or without doing potential damages to walls/flooring - at their discretion, they can refuse the room of choice delivery and can also refuse to remove the packaging.

Please make sure to fully check the product and/or check that you are fully satisfied with it and that it's suitable, before asking our courier to remove the packaging, as we will be unable to send you spare packaging and we cannot accept any large items to be returned without their packaging.

Our 1 MAN / 2 MAN delivery service is for UK Mainland only.

Please note that the 1 MAN delivery service doesn't mean only 1 man will be doing the delivery - this is the name of the service only.

Please note that the 2 MAN delivery service doesn't mean 2 men will be doing the delivery / carrying your item - this is the name of the service only.

 

1 MAN / 2 MAN Delivery via ASH LOGISTIC

They deliver all the below items:

 Custom Made Fragile items & small to mid-size furniture £30

 Custom Made Large & heavy items £60


ASH Logistic will email or call you to let to book a convenient date for delivery. They will provide you with a 4 hour delivery timeframe and will remove the packaging on request, if safe to do so, and under 10 minutes.



Direct Dispatch Orders

Some of our items are sent to you directly from the manufacturer, not by our own courier. This information will appear on the “Delivery” tab on the product page if applicable.

 Delivery can take up to 21 working days, depending on the size of the item and location.

 For larger items, the manufacturer’s delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery.

 When your item arrives please check it carefully, as once signed for we cannot replace it.

If you are not satisfied with the condition on arrival, please do not sign to accept the parcel and contact our Customer Service team immediately by email support@remielinteriors.co.uk.

 Please note that Direct Dispatch items cannot be delivered on Express Delivery.

 This delivery service is available for UK Mainland only.

 

Part shipment of an order


Please note that if there is an item which is out of stock, but is due to arrive in the Warehouse within 48 hours, your order will be held and dispatched together.

If the Next Day or Saturday options are selected the delivery will take place on this service once the items become available. 

If the delay is longer than 48 hours your order will be part despatched. 

The postage charge will only be taken once, even if your order is part shipped due to an item being back-ordered.

Some products are not available for Next Day Delivery in the UK and due to their size and/or weight may also not be available for international delivery.

Please note only standard delivery is available for the following areas and postcodes: The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland,  AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, IV1-IV28, IV30-32, IV36-IV40, IV51-IV54, IV56, IV63, KW1-KW17, PH4-PH50, KA27, PA20-PA38, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH42-PH44, ZE

The Isle of Man need to be selected as a different country as the delivery charge will be different to mainland UK. All delivery charges are subject to change should the weight or size of the parcel require further postage to be paid. Our Customer Service Team will contact you before dispatching your parcel should this be the case.

Please allow up to 15 working days to receive your order during or after busy periods (sales, events, public holidays).

For Next Working Day and Next Working Day AM, the order must be placed by 12 noon the day before.

If a Next Day Delivery order is placed after 12 noon on a Friday, it will not be dispatched until the Monday and therefore will be delivered on the Tuesday (with the exception of Bank Holidays).

If a Saturday Delivery order is placed after 12 noon on a Friday, it will not be dispatched until the Monday and therefore will be delivered on the Saturday of the following week (our warehouse is not open during weekends).

Only Monday to Friday are classed as working days.

We are also currently experiencing some delays receiving stock, and sometimes delivery dates may change.

The courier will be selected depending on the size of your parcel/order and location.

Your order may be dispatched from different locations and therefore you may receive more than 1 parcel and from different couriers.

Items that are ordered for pre-order can 2 weeks or longer to be shipped. 

Standard & Large Items

These items are delivered to your door and the packaging won't be taken away by the courier.

DHL

Your parcel will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. You'll get a text and email the evening before to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date or leave it with your favourite neighbour.

DX Delivery

Your parcel will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. You'll get a text on the day of delivery and be allocated a 2 hour delivery slot. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date or leave it with your favourite neighbour.

DPD

Your parcel will be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. You'll get a text and email the evening before to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. On the morning of the delivery, DPD will send you another text with a 1 hour delivery slot. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date or leave it with your favourite neighbour, or collect from your local depot.

 

Delivery Update

Delays within our supply chain can occur for a variety of reasons and unfortunately this can have a knock-on effect on our deliveries as we wait for product to arrive from overseas. We are continuously monitoring the situation in all countries and will continue to update this page on the latest situation.

China continues to practice its zero-tolerance policy to Covid-19, which provides ongoing uncertainty around productivity and unfortunately export volumes are been impacted. In addition, shortages and increased costs in some raw material continue to impact production and availability of certain product lines.

Port Congestion continues across European ports which is further impacted by strikes over pay and increased working requirements are also resulting in vessel delays.
